Job Title: Office Assistant
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in basic office software applications.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
2. Maintain office filing and organizational systems.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
4. Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
7. Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space.
9. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
10. Handle  administrative projects as assigned by management.
 
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
2. Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
10. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Title: Production Worker

Pay: $15-$18/hour x 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm or Monday-Thursday (10 hour Shifts)

 

 

Job Duties:

  1. Production of shelter (tent) frames to include drilling, punching, and use of simple hand tools.
  2. Packing of production assemblies in to bags for final shipping.
  3. Loading of finished product in to crates.
  4. Assists with loading and unloading of trucks.
  5. Assists with management of production inventory such as putting away parts and monitoring stock levels.
  6. Other assigned duties might include facility maintenance, trash pickup, landscaping of property, etc.

 

Other Requirements:

  1. Should be able to lift 75-100 pounds consistently.
  2. Able to work indoors (climate controlled) and outdoors.
  3. Able to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking Laborers/General Construction people. Positions are local to Bay, Walton, Okaloosa and surrounding areas.

We are willing to train the right individual. Knowledge in the use of hand tools, power tools and general construction is recommended. 

Duties:

  • Drywall removal
  • Insulation removal
  • Construction site debris clean-up
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years basic carpentry experience (hammer, screwdriver etc.)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable and show up for work
  • Position requires frequent bending, stooping & lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have ability to perform work without limitations.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

 

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour depending on experience
