Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm, 40+ hours/week

Job Position Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers, their students, and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned:
 
  • Remove debris and maintain common space areas
  • Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you play a critical role in our company, working collaboratively to address water damage, operate specialized equipment, and ensure the successful restoration of affected properties.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Document safety hazards and water damage with photos and moisture readings
  • Operate water extraction equipment to remove excess moisture from homes
  • Assess salvageable material and dispose of non-salvageable material
  • Properly set up, monitor, and take down drying equipment with care
  • Thoroughly document drying progress with pictures and notes regarding humidity and moisture levels
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear and accurate communication with homeowners
  • Organize and clean equipment and vehicles at the end of the day

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (upwards of 100 lbs.)
