E&I Technician (Electrical & Instrumentation Technician)

Power Plant or Industrial Facility Experience Preferred

General Summary

The E&I Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair, and maintain control, electrical, and instrumentation systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and backup systems

• Troubleshoot and make configuration changes to the plant’s Distributed Control System (DCS)

• Maintain accurate logs, diagrams, equipment records, and technical documentation

• Assist with inventory, spare parts orders, and outage planning

• Repair or replace motors, generators, transformers, wiring, switches, and related equipment

• Maintain emissions monitoring equipment

• Analyze technical data and complete required reports

• Support plant startup/shutdown activities, including turbine and auxiliary equipment

• Work safely and collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams

• Participate in safety programs and required training

• Support overtime, call-outs, and outage work as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework or degree preferred)

• Power Plant or Industrial Facility experience preferred

• 5+ years of related E&I or power plant instrumentation experience (PLC, ABB, Bailey DCS a plus)

• Strong understanding of IC&E systems and ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings

• Competent with computer diagnostic tools and software

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to emergencies

• Must follow all safety and environmental regulations

Physical & Working Conditions

• Work indoors/outdoors in extreme temperatures

• Exposure to dust, ash, vibration, loud noise, and moving mechanical parts

• Ability to lift 35–100 lbs

• Standing, climbing, working at heights, and entering confined spaces required

• Use of PPE (hard hat, respirator, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

• May work with hazardous materials

• Must pass post-offer drug screen and physical exam

CDL A Delivery Driver – Warehouse/Transportation

Summary

As a Driver, you will safely operate a company truck to deliver products to customers. You’ll load and unload materials, check orders for accuracy, follow all safety rules, and provide friendly service.

What You Will Do

• Drive a company truck to deliver products to customers.
• Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, or by hand.
• Check deliveries to make sure the correct products are loaded and delivered.
• Collect payments when required.
• Keep accurate delivery logs and follow all DOT regulations.
• Inspect the truck daily (tires, brakes, lights, oil, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

General Summary

The Second Operator helps keep the power plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll monitor equipment like boilers, turbines, conveyors, pumps, and motors and operate dozers, loaders, and forklifts as needed. Entry-level power plant experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and auxiliaries to ensure safe, continuous operation

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and preventative checks

• Assist with plant start-up, shutdown, emergency, and normal operations

• Manage fuel handling, storage, mixing, drying, and pile shaping

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently (dozers, loaders, backhoes, uniloaders, forklifts)

• Complete daily equipment rounds, water chemistry testing, and maintain accurate records

• Follow environmental and safety standards

• Communicate equipment and fuel status to the operations team

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Entry-level power plant operation experience preferred

• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred

• Basic math skills and ability to read gauges and indicators

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Work outdoors in extreme temperatures, dust, wind, or wet conditions

PRIMARY DUTIES

- Responsible for, but not limited to, handling and/or cleaning material through the galvanizing process in an orderly and efficient manner.

- Responsible for tying and assisting with tying material onto racks with wire or chain for safe movement through the galvanizing process.

-Use wire to tie material to bow racks, universal racks, or other tooling to prepare for the pickling tanks using specific training methods for the galvanizing process.

-Use rope to lift and prepare material for the pickling tanks using specific training methods for galvanizing process.

-Operates and visually inspects all equipment (i.e., forklifts, cranes, tooling, etc.) prior to usage to ensure no maintenance is needed.

-Learns to rack a variety of materials by assisting others.

-Racks, un-racks or cleans material in order as directed.

-May learn to use a torch to dry materials before hot dipping.

-May clean material using grinder, file, or brush as specified by customer.

-Inspects material for sags, runs, drips, bare spots and reports it to management.

-Uses bolt cutters to remove wire from product and tooling and disposes of it per established procedures.

-Learns to inspect materials for holes, smothered spots, etc.

-Perform housekeeping activities to keep production area and equipment clean and organized.

-Confers with supervisors to report material conditions that could result in production or customer problems by form of damage or quality issues.

-Required to wear protective equipment, follow safety rules and all company policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain such license.

- Ability to read, understand and interpret instruments and gauges.

- Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently.

- Must possess initiative, self-motivation and integrity.

- Must have reliable transportation, tie up steel toe boots and long sleeve shirts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

- Industrial setting with hot and cold temperatures.

- Majority of time is spent standing, walking, stooping, reaching and bending.

- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Must have good eye hand coordination.

-Must wear long sleeves.

Loan Processing agent will promptly and accurately process consumer loans.
