Responsibilities:

Job Title: Floor Resurface Prep Technician (MUST HAVE Valid OSHA 10 or 30)

Job Type: 20-40 hours (6:30am – 4:00pm) Mondays-Fridays

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect flooring surfaces to determine preparation requirements.
- Remove old finishes, coatings, grindings, adhesives, or contaminants using sanding machines, scrapers, or chemical strippers.
- Clean floors thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, and debris before resurfacing.
- Repair minor damages such as cracks, holes, or gouges using appropriate fillers or patching materials.
- Operate and maintain floor preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
