We are currently seeking experienced Tile Setters to start immediately!
Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight corners and odd spaces using power and hand tools
Form tile beds using concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar utilizing tools such as screeds, brushes and trowels
Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise
Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results
Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly
Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles
Follow blueprints precisely and mark and measure surfaces that need to be tiled to determine how to go about jobs
Job Skills and Qualifications
Must have at least 2yrs experience in setting tile
Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual is a plus

*Accurate and timely processing of Customer and Vendor payables.
*Provide accurate and timely processing of research and adjustments for Customer accounts.
*Ensure daily completion of all assigned duties.

*Maintain a thorough understanding and execution of dual custody, separation of duties and internal controls.

* Assists Origination and Servicing teams in research into customer account discrepancies
*Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Assists in testing and implementation of system changes, which results in seamless customer service.
*Assists with the preparation of paper documents on manual invoicing and loads electronic invoicing received from Vendors for processing into the computer system.
* Checks for and corrects any errors generated during and after system input.
*Balance daily reports and system activity as directed.
*Establishes a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
*1-2 years of related experience
*Previous experience and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office-based programs. Strong Excel background preferred.
* Ability to balance daily work to system-generated reports.
*Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of internal control concepts and principles.
* Keyboard skills with moderate speed and accuracy. Calculator by touch.
*Problem solving and the ability to make decisions
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
Demonstrated ability to take the initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
This is a Long Term/Full Time Position
Starting pay :$16-$18 DOE

A successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with current and new clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of the client’s services.
An outside sales representative will also research sales competition in the area.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
Tour client facilities to obtain a good understanding of policy & procedures used in the hiring process.
Evaluate client needs to build productive long lasting relationships.
Close leads using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc...)
Forecast sales and develop out of the box sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
Meet personal and area sales targets.
Research new clients and initiate new business, follow up with any and all sales leads.
Maintain and expand client database.
Report 2x weekly to office manager & president of K&S Staffing.
Must be a team player
Basic computer knowledge a must!!
