We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electric Warehouse Material Handler with experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling electrical materials, products, and equipment, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. This role involves organizing, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Safely receive, unload, and store electrical products, materials, and equipment in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of electrical materials, using systems such as [Inventory Software/Barcode Scanning, etc.] to track incoming and outgoing goods. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare electrical products for shipping or internal distribution according to customer or project orders, ensuring accuracy in the quantities and descriptions.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage shipments of electrical components, materials, and tools, inspecting goods for damage and verifying the quantity and quality before accepting or dispatching.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy or bulky electrical materials safely, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring that electrical materials are stored according to their specific requirements and that all walkways are clear.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and procedures for handling electrical materials and operating machinery, ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure materials are delivered on time and that warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials, including shipping logs, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
- Problem-Solving: Address discrepancies in orders, materials, or inventory and assist in troubleshooting any issues related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in material handling, preferably in an electrical warehouse or similar environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of electrical materials, components, and tools used in the industry, as well as proper handling techniques for electrical products.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operation certification or the ability to obtain one.

The Bulldozer Operator supports the plant by monitoring incoming fuel and managing the movement of fuel to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed.

- Maintain awareness of safe working conditions and practice safe work habits in all activities.
- Operate bulldozer, front-end loader, backhoe, unloader, and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete daily preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
- Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment and all other machinery in the plant as necessary
- Complete and maintains required clean up throughout the Plant
- Manage the fuel supply storage for optimum mixing, storage, drying, reclaiming and pile shaping
- Communicates status of fuel handling equipment to appropriate members of operation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, mechanically inclined,
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret instruments and gauges.
- Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently.
- Must possess initiative, self-motivation and integrity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position regularly requires twisting, bending, stooping, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs and ladders
- The Dozer Operator will work in a noisy environment and will be required to wear hearing protection.
- Must be able to work in extreme outside temperatures both hot and cold in dusty, windy, and wet conditions
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pull own weight to enter and exit cab of vehicle and equipment
- Working with hazardous materials may be required
This job is located in Susanville California.
Pay is $22/hour to start, DOE.
