Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor in Training to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are looking to grow into a leadership position within warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor in Training will be mentored and trained to learn the key responsibilities of warehouse supervision, including team leadership, inventory management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an interest in warehouse operations, and the ability to take on increasing responsibilities as they gain experience and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Participate in a structured training program to learn all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving processes, and team leadership.
- Team Assistance: Assist in supervising and guiding warehouse associates, ensuring they follow established procedures, meet performance targets, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operational Support: Support the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to company standards. Help prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
- Inventory Management: Gain experience in overseeing inventory control, tracking stock levels, performing inventory audits, and ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in managing the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor order fulfillment processes and work with team members to resolve issues.
- Safety Compliance: Learn and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in conducting safety audits and addressing potential hazards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in tracking and reporting key warehouse metrics, such as productivity levels, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance. Help maintain accurate records of daily operations and employee performance.
- Problem Solving: Work with the Warehouse Manager to identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Equipment Management: Learn how to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, ensuring they are used safely and properly maintained.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that all activities are aligned with customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate shipments, and high-quality service.

The Bulldozer Operator supports the plant by monitoring incoming fuel and managing the movement of fuel to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation.
PRIMARY DUTIES
The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed.

- Maintain awareness of safe working conditions and practice safe work habits in all activities.
- Operate bulldozer, front-end loader, backhoe, unloader, and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete daily preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
- Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment and all other machinery in the plant as necessary
- Complete and maintains required clean up throughout the Plant
- Manage the fuel supply storage for optimum mixing, storage, drying, reclaiming and pile shaping
- Communicates status of fuel handling equipment to appropriate members of operation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, mechanically inclined,
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret instruments and gauges.
- Must be able to work as a team member as well as independently.
- Must possess initiative, self-motivation and integrity.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position regularly requires twisting, bending, stooping, crawling, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs and ladders
- The Dozer Operator will work in a noisy environment and will be required to wear hearing protection.
- Must be able to work in extreme outside temperatures both hot and cold in dusty, windy, and wet conditions
- Must be able to push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pull own weight to enter and exit cab of vehicle and equipment
- Working with hazardous materials may be required
