The Warehouse Associate is responsible for insuring a clean and organized warehouse. Will also process orders/requests made by Service and Operations staff.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

 

·         Performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment. This worker may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.

·         Responsible for ordering materials as directed by the Supervisor and seeking the best pricing through best-known methods, as well as continuously reducing the costs associated with shipping.

·         Maintains established inventory levels by regularly checking shelves and preparing purchase orders.

·         Performs clerical and manual duties in material areas such as receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

·         Addressing and properly disposition materials/parts returned under warranty.

·         Active member of the Warehouse Safety Team.

·         Deliver tooling and materials to job sites.

·         Keeps shop, warehouse, and yard clean and organized.

·         Keeps hazardous waste storage areas clean and records up to date.

 

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

 

·         Minimum of 2 years experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

·         Possess basic skills in MS Office Suite applications.

·         Organizational and Communication Skills

·         Possess forklift certification or be able to quickly obtain certification.

Position Summary: The Accounting Specialist will provide accounting support to major financial accounting areas, including accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation. The role is critical to ensuring vendors are accurately paid, and invoice and other expense transactions are accurately recorded.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle accounts payable functions including GL coding, invoice entry, and obtaining payment authorization approvals.
  • Generate and process weekly check runs.
  • Review and reconcile expense reports and submit for reimbursement once approved.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Ensure monthly closing of accounts payable in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate invoice accrual process at month-end.
  • Assist in the posting of accounts to General Ledger for AR/AP/Cash Receipts and Disbursements.
  • Produce Accounting reports as requested.
  • Assist in monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Set up and maintain AP records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
  • Assist vendors and employees with inquiries relating to invoices & expense reports.
  • Provide backup support to accounts receivable as needed

·         Understand and extract pertinent financial data for the purpose of presentation and report development and/or explanation of the information to vested individuals/groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

·         3-5 years of professional accounting experience.

The Bulldozer Operator supports the plant by monitoring incoming fuel and managing the movement of fuel to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation.

The Control Room/First Operator is a skilled position best for candidates with power plant experience.

The perfect candidate for the Shift Supervisor position will have strong leadership and communication skills.

The IC&E Technician is for an experienced Journeyman level instrumentation/controls/electrical.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Perform a variety of duties in concurrent material movement such as: operating the palletizer, physically moving pallets and product around warehouse space; provide product to our customer in a timely manner; properly maintaining all documentation; and, assist with our Quality Department as needed. Reports to Customer Logistics Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and complete the Packaging Tech Daily Task List.
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, hoists and other material handling equipment to receive, store and transport material and deliver product.
• Use the of material handling power equipment to bring full finished good trays and pallets out of the palletizer to the finished goods warehouse and organize empty finished goods trays and pallets to enable the palletizer.
• Monitors power equipment and conducts daily inspections. Follow maintenance and inspection check list looking for any apparent need for equipment repair before operation.
• Operate and monitor the palletizer and give direct feedback to the Vision Inspection Lead and Maintenance Department in the case of technical problems.
• Place properly stored finished goods product in the proper FIFO storage location and transport finished goods to FIFO location.
• Use of RFID System to create, record and ship product.
• Stage and ship product to our customer following FIFO standards. Maintain all paperwork in regards to shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory of finished goods and supplies and materials needed to run efficiently.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Collect samples from finished goods and distribute to our Quality department.
